Telegram or Zalo bot for a restaurant
Not every restaurant needs an app. A messenger bot can send the menu, take a takeaway order, ask for the address and ping the kitchen — while guests stay in Zalo or Telegram.
Stage one
- Menu sections with prices and “sold out”.
- Order flow: dishes → time → phone → address or pickup.
- Payment: VietQR instructions or a payment link; staff confirm if needed.
- Kitchen / cashier alert in a staff group.
- Hand-over to a human for custom cakes and large banquets.
Pick Zalo for local Vietnamese guests, Telegram for tourist-heavy areas — see Zalo vs Telegram. For dine-in QR ordering see QR menu.
Cost
Priced after we see menu size and messenger. Orientation: small fixes from about $50; a focused bot often lands near a small website project (from about $300 band). Timeline often about 1–2 weeks.
How to order
Say Zalo or Telegram and send a photo of today’s menu on wecomax.com.
